What currency and payment method do you accept?
All our prices are in USD. We accept all credit cards.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING unless otherwise stated.
When will I receive my order?
We process orders as soon as possible in the order that we receive them. Processing time takes between 1 to 7 business days (not including weekends).
After your order is processed, you can expect delivery to be from 1 to 3 weeks on average and up to 2 months.

Can I have a tracking number?
All orders come with tracking numbers. If you did not receive a tracking number please email us at hey@bomberbae.com to request one.

Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your order to ship.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What is your refund policy?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us at hey@bomberbae.com!
